I will never do business here again. I paid for delivery and to discard of my old washer and dryer. I set an appointment and was very clear that I'm a single mom and need these delivered after 3pm. The associate made this note and assured me that it would be no issue. So, I get a call a day before delivery with a time frame of 1 to 3pm. I called the customer care number and they couldn't change it without waiting another week! Mind you, no one spoke English. I get everything prepared for the delivery sense I was having a neighbor sign for the units. Including unassembling the cords and washers and moved furniture out of their path. They couldn't remove my old dryer due to it not fitting without taking off the trim. (Which half of it was). I got home and just finished the job myself. Thank goodness for friends and a sense of humor.
